The diagnosis is in . . . America’s health is in crisis! The Liberty University Law Review is seeking legal solutions to create a healthier nation. We are currently accepting submissions for our Health Law Symposium Issue. A condensed draft and article outline must be submitted by November 2 to be considered for publication. Acceptance notifications will be issued by November 16, and the final submission deadline is December 22.

Symposium Issue Vision:

Explore legal solutions to healthcare challenges—preventative care, tax incentives, environmental effects, and more! We welcome contributions from legal practitioners, academics, and jurists.

Suggested Topics:

Access to healthy food options, pharmaceutical access reform, interstate liability for prescription of abortion pills, medical liability for transgender surgeries, health data regulation, healthcare transparency, legal duties of food producers, widespread health implications, and the Christian lawyer’s approach from a Biblical worldview.

All submissions may be submitted via Scholastica or directly to our Law Review at lawreview@liberty.edu.
