We encourage the submission of any piece oriented toward justice, equity, or the public interest. Publishable topics may include, but are not limited to: feminist jurisprudence, immigration law, tribal rights, workers' rights, and, as always, novel topics at the intersection of the environment, justice, and society.
Submission Guidelines
Please submit a draft manuscript to the journal through Scholastica. Authors should include a curriculum vitae with their manuscript. Text and citations should preferably conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, but the journal will edit citations accordingly. Manuscripts should use footnotes, rather than endnotes. WJSEJ seeks to publish authors from diverse backgrounds. We accept submissions from professors, judges, practicing lawyers, and other law students. We do not accept submissions from undergraduate students.
