The ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law is currently accepting submissions for publication in our fall issue of Volume 27. We are considering submissions from all legal fields pertaining to international law.

Why Publish with ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law? 

The ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law is an academic legal publication sponsored by the International Law Students' Association of Chicago, IL, United States, and housed at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Florida, United States. The Journal has a worldwide circulation, with scholarly work affecting the global community.

The ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law publishes three issues each year:

  • In fall, the first ILSA Journal issue presents carefully selected articles and comments on current and emerging topics in international law.
  • In spring, the ILSA Journal International Practitioner's Notebook Edition (IPN Edition) is produced in cooperation with the International Law Association American Branch and the American Bar Association Section of International Law and Practice. The IPN edition features selected proceedings from top legal scholars and practitioners who meet at the annual ILA Weekend in New York, New York, United States.
  • In early summer, ILSA Journal's Bilingual Edition is printed in both English and Spanish. It features articles of special interest to scholars and practitioners in Latin America, Central and South America, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
