UCLA's Journal of Environmental Law & Policy is currently seeking submissions for Volume 40 Issue 2. Any authors of papers that focus on new or emerging topics in environmental law may send them to jelp@lawnet.ucla.edu. While JELP is seeking submissions on all environmental topics, JELP is particularly looking for articles and essays addressing the intersection between race, social justice, and the environment. Authors of pieces that directly engage these topics are highly encouraged to submit them to JELP.
