The University of La Verne Journal of Business, Law, & Ethics (JBLE) seeks submissions from legal scholars and professionals for our 2023-2024 publication. The La Verne JBLE mission is to provide a forum dedicated to developing well-researched, analytical, and scholarly knowledge that will aid in the development of the legal field among legal scholars and professionals. We are not currently accepting student-written submissions. We will consider all articles regardless of the area of concern.
For any submissions, we ask that you adhere to the following requirements:
1) Submissions should be under 30,000 words, including footnotes.
2) Footnotes should adhere to the guidelines in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020).
If you are interested in submitting your article, you may do so via Scholastica or by emailing our Editor-in-Chief, Jacob Updegrove, at jacob_updegrove@laverne.edu. The method of submission is not considered during the review of the articles.
